Job Title: Restaurant Growth Manager

Reports to: Area Coach

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our QSR team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of crew members, shift leaders, and assistant managers to achieve exceptional customer service and sales growth.

2. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

3. Operations: Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor control, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

4. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and staff training.

5. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.

6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

7. Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling labor and inventory costs.

8. Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

9. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that the restaurant maintains high food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduation.

2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Strong analytical and financial management skills.

- Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
