Luxury Hotel - Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly polished Restaurant General Manager to oversee multiple restaurant and bar concepts within a luxury oceanfront hotel environment in Miami Beach. This leadership role will oversee a Three-Meal-Period signature restaurant alongside a high-energy outdoor beach/pool restaurant & bar operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant and bar concepts, ensuring exceptional guest experience and operational consistency
  • Directly oversee a leadership team of 6 Managers across front-of-house operations
  • Drive a culture of anticipatory service, accountability, energy, and hospitality excellence
  • Maintain strong visibility on the floor during service while leading by example
  • Partner closely with culinary, beverage, events, and hotel leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee financial performance including labor management, forecasting, scheduling, payroll, cost controls, and revenue optimization
  • Maintain elevated food, beverage, and service standards consistent with luxury hospitality expectations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams through hands-on leadership
  • Support VIP guest relations, service recovery, and high-touch guest engagement
  • Ensure operational excellence across indoor dining, beach, pool, and bar environments
  • Assist in driving programming, activations, and seasonal initiatives that enhance guest engagement and revenue performance


Ideal Background

  • Strong luxury hospitality or upscale lifestyle dining background
  • Experience overseeing high-volume restaurant and bar operations
  • Prior experience within luxury hotels, destination resorts, Michelin-recognized, or chef-driven restaurant environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead multiple outlets simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and profitability
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Strong wine, cocktail, and elevated dining knowledge preferred
  • Experience leading large, diverse FOH teams and developing management talent
