Job Purpose
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for leading all restaurant operations to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales and profitability targets, maintain brand standards and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with brand, food safety, and company standards.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Control labor, inventory, and operating costs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage operational and financial performance.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,800.00 per month
