Restaurant General Manager

Job Purpose
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for leading all restaurant operations to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales and profitability targets, maintain brand standards and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with brand, food safety, and company standards.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Control labor, inventory, and operating costs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage operational and financial performance.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,800.00 per month
