Restaurant General Manager - ALAYA

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Alaya in Dubai .

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and maintain a positive work environment.
• Customer Service : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, monitoring service quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals. This includes developing business plans and financial objectives.
• Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Marketing and Promotion : Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales, including community engagement and advertising initiatives.

• Leadership Skills : Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a productive work environment.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively.
• Customer Service Orientation : A passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
• Financial Acumen : Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and making data-driven decisions.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with food safety regulations, restaurant operations, and current trends in the food and beverage industry.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as General Manager in high - end restaurant concepts
• Experience leading large teams in high volume restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages will be advantageous.
