As a Server, you’ll be responsible for providing prompt, friendly service while efficiently managing multiple tables and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver delicious food and beverages. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service station
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing personalized recommendations for wine, cocktails, or menu items using OpenTable or similar reservation tools
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Assist in bussing tables, resetting stations quickly during busy hours, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume periods
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities
• Experience with serving in diverse settings including nightlife venues or host/hostess roles is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy; experience with cashiering is beneficial
• Culinary or kitchen experience can enhance your ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
