Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of our Chinese upper casual dining restaurant in Kuwait, ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient service, and smooth coordination between the front- and back-of-house teams.

JOB LOCATION : KUWAIT

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver high-quality hospitality.
  • Oversee dining room operations, reservations, and guest relations.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to maintain timely and accurate service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support marketing initiatives and achieve sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in restaurants (Chinese or Asian cuisine preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of fine/upper casual dining service standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Mandarin is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼12,000.00 per month
