We Are Hiring – Restaurant Manager

Location: Motor City, Dubai

A leading restaurant group in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive excellence in service and profitability.

Requirements

• Age below 35 years
• Graduate in Hotel / Restaurant Management from a reputed institute
• 5–7 years’ proven experience in managing restaurants, preferably with five-star hotels or reputed F&B brands
• Strong leadership and people management skills (managing 20+ team members)
• Excellent customer service and guest relation skills
• Ability to manage food cost, quality control, and operational efficiency
• Energetic, pleasant personality, and result-driven
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Must be based in Dubai and ready to join immediately

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across service, kitchen, and support staff
• Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with senior management to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
