Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role

About Us:

We are working in a prime hotel, high-end Lebanese and Turkish restaurant located in the heart of Barsha Heights, Dubai. Our focus is on authentic flavors, exceptional service, and a memorable dining experience. We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and take our operations to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.

Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders.

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability.

Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with management.

Boost sales and increase the profitibiality of the resturant.

Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in Lebanese, Turkish, or Middle Eastern cuisine.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; Russain / Turkish language skills are a plus.

Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.

UAE experience and understanding of local food safety regulations (Dubai Municipality) is an advantage.
