Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Restaurant Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, manage staff efficiently, and drive profitability while maintaining a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service

Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally

Implement operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with UAE regulations
-
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service

Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage ordering of supplies

Plan and execute marketing, promotions, and special events to drive revenue

Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency
Requirements:

Proven experience as a
Restaurant Manager
or in a similar F&B leadership role

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and UAE hospitality regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software

Flexible to work
