About The Job Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers, managing staff, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for food and customer service, who can work collaboratively to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations and cost control.
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met and maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Track and analyze key metrics to drive sales and profitability.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-of-house management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.).
• 0-1 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Languages - English & Hindi (Compulsory) + Other Languages
