Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food standards, profitability, and smooth coordination among staff. The role focuses on operational efficiency, employee performance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, and service areas.
  • Ensure outstanding guest experience by maintaining service quality, hygiene, and ambiance.
  • Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure optimal manpower during peak hours.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and inventory levels to prevent wastage.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver efficient and courteous service.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain cash flow, billing, and POS system records accurately.
  • Monitor sales targets and profitability, implementing strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely purchase of raw materials and other restaurant needs.
  • Conduct daily briefings with staff to align goals and discuss operational updates.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as special offers, events, and promotions.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management / Business Administration
  • Certification in Food Safety or Restaurant Management (preferred)

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a fine dining, café, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
