Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our prestigious 4-Star world chain hotel in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team leadership, with a proven track record in managing high-end dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and ambiance
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company SOPs
• Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, and senior management teams
• Prepare duty rosters, performance evaluations, and operational reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and team performance effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
