Baranh Restaurant is a premier dining, known for its exceptional culinary offerings and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash management and daily reconciliations.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure consistent quality of food and beverages served.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to keep the team informed and motivated.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales, labor costs, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • High school diploma; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
