We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a premier fine dining establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of service consistent with luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house management and team leadership.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service while upholding impeccable quality standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure food quality and efficient service.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies in compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within luxury or fine dining.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-end service environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality best practices and luxury service standards.
