Restaurant Manager

Cheezious is looking for dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. We are hiring for three key leadership positions at our restaurant locations to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences


1. Restaurant Manager

To lead entire restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards for guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profit optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the team with vision and achieving KPIs across people, sales, and profit.

• Managing financial results (P&L), tracking sales, costs, and conducting cash audits.

• Hiring, coaching, and developing a "bench" of future leaders.

• Ensuring compliance with preventative maintenance, food safety, and quality audits.


2. Assistant Manager

To lead shifts effectively and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business objectives and upholding brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Executing detailed "Manager’s Walks" and "Figure 8" walks to maintain operational excellence.

• Managing FOH and BOH operations to ensure service excellence and product quality.

• Preparing daily staff deployment plans and forecasting product consumption.

• Calibrating equipment and reviewing store readiness for revenue.


3. Shift Manager

To ensure smooth day-to-day shift operations, leading the team and maintaining standards during assigned shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising crew members, delegating tasks, and conducting pre-shift briefings.

• Monitoring the dining area and kitchen for cleanliness and food safety compliance.

• Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

• Completing shift reports and coordinating with management on operational challenges.


General Requirements & Attributes

Across all three roles, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:


Education: Graduation is a mandatory requirement for all positions.


Experience: minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience


Personality: You must be self-motivated, responsive, and have the ability to work effectively under stress.


Professional Skills:

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management and financial understanding.

• Tech-savvy and committed to regulatory compliance.


Time Allocation: These roles require 100% in-store operations presence.
