Restaurant Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead our team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and capable of managing both front and back-of-house functions. Candidates with a valid UAE driving license and own car will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with regulations
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently
• Coordinate with suppliers and management on operational requirements
• Drive sales initiatives and support marketing activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the UAE
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Own car (preferred)
