Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Front of the House Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Front of the House Manager to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will be the "face" of the restaurant, maintaining a strong managerial presence on the floor to oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive, professional culture. Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing coaching and training for servers, hosts, and bartenders to meet high service standards.
• Floor Presence: Lead by example during busy shifts, "touching tables" to ensure guest satisfaction and resolving any complaints with professionalism.
• Operational Excellence: Use high attention to detail to monitor dining room ambiance (lighting, music, cleanliness) and ensure all opening/closing procedures are strictly followed.
• Organization: Manage weekly staff schedules and inventory levels for FOH supplies.
• Communication: Act as the primary link between the front of house and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting. Putting together a schedule, being able to antisipate the needs of the restaurant.
• Presence: Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Toast POS or similar restaurant management software.
• Certifications: Current food handler or ServSafe Manager Certification preferred, possibly TEAM certified.
