Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Supervise, train, and schedule staff

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination

Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and basic budgeting

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory control

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
