Job Summary

Meiso Restaurant is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, improving operational efficiency, and driving overall restaurant performance while upholding high hospitality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, operational management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise front-of-house and service staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to maintain service standards
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational requirements
• Prepare operational reports and oversee daily sales activities
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain hospitality excellence
• Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
• Ability to manage restaurant operations under pressure
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and service standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management systems preferred
