Technical Assistant Operations Manager

Yummy Ice Cream is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Assistant Operations Manager to support daily factory operations and work closely with management to improve operational efficiency. The role involves data analysis, documentation, inventory monitoring, process audits, reporting, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management in day-to-day operational activities
• Collect, compile, and analyze data
• Manage and maintain technical documentation
• Conduct system audits and process compliance checks
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Inter Department Coordination
• Assist in implementing operational controls and best practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently and with in teams
• Candidates with 0–4 years of relevant experience will be preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to work with data, systems, and documentation
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to solving problems (Strong Requirement)

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
