Bistro Noir is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. If you have a deep appreciation for French-Italian cuisine, a strong background in fine dining, and a proven record in restaurant leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
• In-depth understanding of fine dining operations and service standards
• Familiarity with French and Italian culinary traditions
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
