Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

We are hiring Restaurant Manager to lead operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be results-driven with a strong background in restaurant management in the UAE or GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively audit and reduce operational costs without compromising service quality
• Establish and manage a full-fledged administrative and operational system, including:
• Inventory control
• Purchasing and procurement
• Daily operations oversight
• Staff supervision and coordination
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Continuously enhance service offerings and product development in line with market demands
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management within the UAE or GCC
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent understanding of food & beverage operations
• Language: Arabic speaker preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah
