Full Job Description:
- Drive revenue and profitability by managing costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and respond effectively to feedback.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Track outlet performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions where needed.
- Create a motivated, accountable, and service-focused team culture.
- Collaborates with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
- Engages directly with guests to understand preferences and address concerns personally.
- Facilitates regular team meetings to ensure alignment on service standards and objectives.
- Acts as a bridge between outlet staff and senior management to communicate goals, challenges and updates.
- Introduce new menu items and beverage concepts based on market trends and guest feedback.
- Implements creative service techniques to enhance guest dining experience.
- Use technology to streamline reservations, billing, and guest feedback tracking.
- Encourage staff to contribute ideas for operational improvements and service innovations.
- Design and maintains the dining atmosphere to reflect the hotel’s brand and enhance guest experience.
- Collaborates with chefs to curate menus that highlight quality, seasonality, and guest preferences.
- Establishes and enforces service presentation standards to ensure consistency.
- Reviews guest feedback and integrate improvement into menus, service, and overall experience.
Leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment to service excellence.
Inspires, trains, and develops the team to achieve high performance and growth.
Takes decisive actions during peak periods to maintain smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
