Core Responsibilities
 
* Drive restaurant visibility and guest loyalty through strategic marketing and event planning
* Ensure all operations reflect the SLS brand ethos and exceed guest expectations
* Uphold health, safety, and local licensing compliance for food and liquor service
* Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and bar staff to maintain excellence in service and appearance
* Control cost of sales through effective inventory oversight and waste reduction
* Monitor and report on performance metrics aligned with revenue goals
* Oversee restaurant scheduling, team communication, and service standards training
* Build business through corporate events, menu partnerships, and branded activations
* Act as liaison with engineering and housekeeping to maintain venue aesthetics and function
* Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and talent development discussions with team members
 
Candidate Requirements
 
* High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
* 2 3 years of leadership experience in a premium F and B environment
* Deep knowledge of UAE liquor laws, food safety regulations, and upscale service standards
* Prior exposure to a lifestyle or luxury hotel brand highly desirable
* Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and guest engagement abilities
* Able to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced service environments
* Proven ability to foster teamwork and maintain professional interdepartmental relations
