We are one of Mumbai’s most renowned and dynamic dining destinations, known for our exceptional service, curated cuisine, and memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team, maintain operational excellence, and elevate guest satisfaction to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service and hospitality standards.
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and floor supervision during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure coordination and timely service.
  • Handle inventory management, vendor coordination, and cost control.
  • Analyze sales performance, create reports, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per FSSAI and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure repeat guest engagement.
  • Implement innovative ideas to enhance service, ambiance, and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in fine dining or high-end casual dining.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and basic financials.
  • Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
