About the Role:
As our
Restaurant Manager
, you will take charge of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, service excellence, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Lead the successful launch and seamless operations of the restaurant through strategic planning and execution.

Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and service excellence.

Drive a culture of exceptional guest experience with personalized, attentive service standards.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in staffing, inventory, and financial management.

Uphold premium standards of food quality and presentation in partnership with the culinary team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
or in a similar role, preferably within a high-end establishment.
