Restaurant Manager (Premium Casual Dining, Dubai Mall)

About the Role:

As our Restaurant Manager , you will take charge of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, service excellence, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership, operational know-how, and passion for creating memorable dining experiences will play a vital role in elevating our brand and ensuring continued success.

  • Monthly Package: AED 12,000 - 16,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful launch and seamless operations of the restaurant through strategic planning and execution.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and service excellence.
  • Drive a culture of exceptional guest experience with personalized, attentive service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in staffing, inventory, and financial management.
  • Uphold premium standards of food quality and presentation in partnership with the culinary team.
  • Build strong supplier relations, balancing quality with cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to grow and retain a loyal customer base.
  • Monitor performance metrics to enhance profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a high-end establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Seafood and Sushi Cuisine , including ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
  • Strong l eadership and managerial skills , with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellen t interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets , analyze financial data, and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, and problem-solve on the spot.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
