About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café/restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry and hold a valid PIC (Person-In-Charge) Certificate or other relevant food safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
• Monitor inventory, supply chain, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Improve operational processes and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the team to maintain standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Generate reports on performance, sales, and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in F&B/hospitality
• Valid PIC Certificate or other related food safety/hygiene certifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using POS systems and restaurant management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
