We are seeking a proactive, well-groomed, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage the team efficiently.

Hotel Management graduates will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance
  • Handle inventory, cost control, and vendor management
  • Monitor hygiene, food quality, and compliance with standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth functioning
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, staff, and expenses

Job Profile:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine service styles
  • Pleasant personality with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain high service standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
