About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our premium Sushi restaurant in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese or Asian dining, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and excellence in customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a multicultural team of chefs, waiters, and service staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Manage reservations, guest relations, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and meet profitability targets.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and F&B regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain authenticity and innovation in the sushi menu.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a Japanese/Sushi or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost control.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Fluent in English
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
