Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and be proficient in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis. This leadership role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can effectively manage budgets, oversee advertising sales, and enhance our online presence through SEO and social media marketing.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms including e-commerce sites, print advertising, and Google AdWords.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Lead the creation of engaging content for various platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, enhancing B2B marketing initiatives.
• Supervise the development of advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.

Experience

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media management, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong background in research methodologies and copywriting skills to create compelling content that drives engagement.
• Experience in managing budgets and understanding financial metrics related to advertising sales and overall marketing performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
