Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Operations Manager with strong expertise in Arabic Gulf, and Yemeni restaurants to oversee and manage daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive GCC experience and a strong understanding of traditional Gulf hospitality, restaurant operations, customer service excellence, food quality standards, and team leadership.
The candidate should have hands-on experience managing restaurants specializing in:
Gulf Cuisine
Yemeni Cuisine
Arabic Grills & Traditional Dishes
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Operations Management
Manage and oversee the full daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, cashier, delivery, and cleaning teams.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Arabic & Gulf Restaurant Expertise
Ensure authentic preparation and presentation of Gulf, Arabic, and Yemeni dishes.
Supervise operations related to traditional dishes such as:
Mandi
Madfoon
Haneeth
Kabsa
Majboos
Arabic grills and traditional appetizers
Monitor food consistency, portion control, and serving standards.
Staff Management & Leadership
Supervise restaurant staff including chefs, cooks, waiters, captains, and cashiers.
Conduct staff training on customer service, hygiene, and operational standards.
Prepare duty schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
Evaluate employee performance and maintain staff discipline.
Customer Service & Guest Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
Build strong relationships with VIP customers and regular guests.
Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
Financial & Cost Control
Monitor daily sales and operational expenses.
Control food cost, labor cost, and wastage.
Review inventory reports and stock variances.
Coordinate with accounting and procurement departments regarding operational requirements.
Inventory & Supply Management
Ensure proper inventory management and stock rotation.
Monitor ordering of meat, rice, spices, vegetables, and restaurant supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure product quality standards.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety and Qatar Municipality regulations.
Monitor kitchen hygiene, food storage, and sanitation procedures.
Ensure staff compliance with grooming and hygiene standards.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait.
Experience managing high-volume Arabic or Yemeni restaurants.
Strong knowledge of delivery operations and dine-in restaurant management.
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
