Restaurant Server

Barrel & Vine, located in Downtown Lemont!
We are looking for highly motivated and capable server. This is a fast paced, high volume restaurant and we're looking to build our team as soon as possible. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our bar features crafted cocktails, local and global wines and an extensive whiskey list.

Responsibilities
 Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
 Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendation
 Plan and present menu
 Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
 Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
 Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
 Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills
 Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
 Computer literacy
 Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
 Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
