Restaurant Server

Experienced Servers Needed.

Japanese BBQ Restaurant in Rockville Town Square.

Expectations:

• Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive.
• Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members.
• serve food and beverages.
• Properly clean and set tables between uses.
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner.
• Assist in training new employees as required.
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications for Restaurant Server

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attitude toward teamwork.
• Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative.
• Confident, outgoing demeanor.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and life a moderate weight.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food service certificate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $400.00 per day
