Restaurant Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a casual and fast paced environment. We have morning and evening shifts available. The ideal candidate will possess friendly and down to earth customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable meal. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, managing guest relations, making sure ever guest feels welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests leave.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Process payments efficiently using cash register systems while maintaining accuracy in transactions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus but not required
