Restaurant Server/Bartender

We are hiring experienced servers/bartenders to join our team! Glen Prairie Local Flavor Fine Food & Drink serves contemporary American cuisine, with a strong emphasis on local Midwest flavors and products. We feature natural and organic ingredients, with a comprehensive wine list highlighting “green” farmed wines. With the intent to promote and sustain the American family farmer, Glen Prairie is family-farm sourced.

PART TIME SERVER'S

Hours: Must be available evenings 3pm to 10pm

Hours: Must be available Saturday and Sunday availability

Pay: $9-$16.00/hour + tips

Requirements:

• Provides memorable guest service
• Accurately takes orders
• Able to answer questions regarding the menu
• Taking orders in a timely fashion
• Work together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
• Offer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks
• Help personalize the meal
• Process payment
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of serving customers needs and understanding of serving food to customers
• Bartender experience is a must
• Must have at least 3 year experience in the restaurant industry
• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification within 30 days of employment
• Must have or obtain BASSET Certification within 30 days of employment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $16.00 per hour
