Hacienda Hotel in downtown New Port Richey is seeking an experienced server for full-time shifts. Bartending experience a plus.

JOB BRIEF

Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests while providing a professional, courteous, and memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.

· Greet and attend to customers upon entrance.

· Present restaurant menus and help customers select food and beverages.

· Take and serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations.

· Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.

· Deal with complaints or problems with a positive and professional attitude and pass information on to manager.

· Issue bills and accept payment.

· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Proven restaurant serving experience

· Customer-oriented approach and patience

· Problem solving and decision making skills

· Hands on experience in cashier duties

· Excellent people skills

· Responsible and trustworthy

· Attention to cleanliness and safety

· Ability to carry heavy serving trays

· High school diploma a plus

MUST HAVE FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE
