Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, including servers and kitchen personnel.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to healthy food preparation standards and recipes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock.
  • Oversee the timely movement of orders from the kitchen to the customer.
  • Manage budgets, track sales, and control costs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to menu development and promotional events.
  • Maintain stringent health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are clean and in good working condition.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to food safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
