Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, including servers and kitchen personnel.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Ensure adherence to healthy food preparation standards and recipes.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock.
- Oversee the timely movement of orders from the kitchen to the customer.
- Manage budgets, track sales, and control costs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
- Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to menu development and promotional events.
- Maintain stringent health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are clean and in good working condition.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to food safety.
