Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and staff performance. This role acts as a bridge between management and the service team, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth workflow during service hours

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and order accuracy

Lead, train, and motivate service staff; ensure consistent performance and adherence to SOPs

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Manage table reservations, guest seating, and floor supervision during busy periods

Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and placing supply orders when necessary

Ensure cash handling, billing procedures, and POS usage are accurate and secure

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline in line with company policies

Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling costs

Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
