Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will provide quick and personalized food and beverage service to all guests.

What you will be doing as a Restaurant Supervisor:

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Attend briefing prior to the restaurant opening, be well-groomed, and equipped with basic aids for operation.
• Knowledge of all F&B standard operating procedures, quality presentation, service, and products.
• Knowledge of the area competition, promotional concepts, wines, beverages, food trends, and seasonal foods.
• Knowledge of the specialties served in the restaurant, menu preparations, and presentations.
• Complete mise-en-scène and mise-en-place before the shift begins.
• Clean and polish silverware, cutlery, glassware, and chinaware. Ensure all equipment is properly utilized.
• Promote good team spirit and a positive working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions, and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are enthusiastic with a passion for food and customer experience. You enjoy working as part of a team that shares the same passion to create memorable guest experiences. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience working in professional kitchens.
