Restaurant Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, maintaining high-quality service standards, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
· Adhere to the provided recipes on the menu, strictly following the prescribed measurements in grams, as it not only upholds the standard of culinary excellence and significantly reducing the potential for ingredient wastage, thereby fostering responsible and efficient kitchen management.
· Assist in overseeing and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Monitor the quality of food, service, and overall guest experience.
· Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency.
· Provide leadership and support to the team.
· Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
· Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere.
· Assist in Monitoring and controling costs, including food and labor expenses.
· Contribute strategies for revenue growth and profitability.
· Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
· Conduct training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
· Address operational issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
· Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
· Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
· Implement and enforce guidelines for service quality and customer satisfaction.
· Oversee restaurant shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
· Address any issues or emergencies during shifts.
· Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of operational efficiencies.
· Schedule shifts and assign table sections to waitstaff.
· Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally.
· Coordinate communication between the front of the house and back of the house staff.
· Assist on Arranging new employees' scheduling training and ordering uniforms.
· Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
o Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry.
o Strong leadership and communication skills.
o Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
o Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
o Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
