Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the F&B industry, and an understanding of health-oriented dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Train and guide team members to maintain service excellence
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to diet-focused standards (keto, low-calorie, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with the dietician to promote and increase sales of subscription meal plans and membership boxes
- Educate customers about membership packages, diet programs, and menu specialties to drive engagement and sales
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and nutrition teams to maintain menu consistency
- Assist in implementing promotions and improving operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote membership plans and upsell services
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
