Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team in achieving operational goals. The Restaurant Supervisor will manage staff performance, maintain service quality, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff shifts.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and preparing shift reports.
  • Support achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
