Restaurant Supervisor

Job Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor will lead front-of-house staff, maintain service standards, and support the achievement of operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver exceptional service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and minimize waste.
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and support payroll accuracy.
Conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and team briefings.
Maintain restaurant presentation, ambience, and service standards at all times.
Review sales performance and recommend operational improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Desired Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop hospitality teams.
Experience with POS systems, cash management, and inventory control.
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
Experience in luxury hospitality or premium restaurant concepts is highly desirable.

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month
