Postion: Restaurant Supervisor (Fine dining experienced)
Starting Salary: SAR 3,500 + F.A.T. OR SAR 5,000 (full package / live out)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee designated service areas and support the service team at our esteemed luxury café in Riyadh. This role ensures smooth daily operations, maintains service standards, and provides frontline leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned dining sections during service periods, monitoring table progression, service timing, and staff performance to ensure consistent delivery of luxury hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with service team members to manage guest flow, table assignments, and service priorities, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining the elevated experience guests expect.
- Conduct continuous visual inspections of assigned areas, ensuring table settings, cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation details meet established luxury standards throughout service.
- Interact with guests courteously and professionally, greeting arrivals, checking on satisfaction during their visit, and ensuring all needs are met with prompt, attentive service.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with knowledge and efficiency, providing information about menu items, facilitating special arrangements, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and service staff.
- Identify and address service issues as they arise, resolving straightforward concerns independently while promptly informing senior supervisors or management of matters requiring escalation.
- Provide direction and support to waiters, runners, and bussers in assigned sections, ensuring tasks are completed correctly, service flows smoothly, and team members understand their responsibilities.
- Assist in training newer staff members by demonstrating proper service techniques, sharing product knowledge, and reinforcing standards through consistent example and constructive feedback.
- Foster positive teamwork and communication among frontline staff, helping coordinate efforts during peak periods and maintaining a professional, supportive atmosphere that enhances service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all operational procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols within assigned areas, conducting routine checks and reporting any maintenance or supply needs to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality service, preferably in luxury dining, fine dining, or upscale café environments, with demonstrated ability to lead by example and support team operations.
- Good communication skills in English required; basic Arabic language ability preferred to facilitate guest interactions and team communication in Riyadh's diverse hospitality environment.
- Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure essential. Hospitality training or certification is an advantage, along with eagerness to develop supervisory and leadership skills.
