Restaurant Supervisor - UAE National

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, maintain service standards, and support smooth restaurant operations. This position is part of the Emiratization program and is open to UAE Nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant staff including waiters, hosts, and cashiers
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Manage staff schedules, shifts, and attendance
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Assist with daily sales reports, billing, and cash handling
• Train and guide new team members
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to management

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emiratization requirement)
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurants or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
