Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Support Associate at YAY App, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between YAY and our partner restaurants. You will be responsible for supporting restaurant partners in managing their operations through the YAY platform — from onboarding and system setup to troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Your goal is to ensure partners deliver excellent service to customers while maintaining smooth operational flow and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Communication: Communicate with partner restaurants to provide day-to-day support and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • System & Menu Setup: Assist restaurants with system setup, menu updates, pricing modifications, and implementation of promotional offers on the YAY App.
  • Technical Support: Handle technical issues related to restaurant devices or applications (order receiving systems) and coordinate with the tech team for resolution.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments including operations, customer service, and logistics to resolve order-related problems such as delays, cancellations, or incorrect items.
  • Training & Guidance: Provide training and guidance to restaurant staff on how to use the YAY platform effectively and manage incoming orders.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all restaurant information—menu details, opening hours, and contact information—is accurate, complete, and regularly updated on the YAY App.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor restaurant performance on the platform to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
  • Issue Reporting & Improvement: Identify and report recurring operational issues, and suggest process improvements to enhance the partner experience.
  • Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding of new restaurant partners, including documentation, activation, and system training.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in restaurant operations, partner support, or in a food delivery platform environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Technical proficiency in order management systems or restaurant software.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
