Requirements

  • Proven experience as a database administrator—preferably using Zoho Recruit or comparable ATS.
  • Familiarity with resume/candidate data management, import/export, and reporting tools on Zoho.
  • Proficiency in poster and social media content creation, with design portfolio or examples preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, backup/recovery, and reporting best practices.
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting HR or recruitment functions.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing trends.
