We are looking for a Retail Admin Coordinator to join our team and support daily retail operations. The ideal candidate mustbe fluent in Chinese and have strong administrative and coordination skills.

  • Coordinate day-to-day retail administrative tasks
  • Maintain reports, inventory records, and sales documentation
  • Assist retail team with scheduling, communication, and store support
  • Handle email correspondence and data entry
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion

Requirements:

  • Chinese Speaker (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in retail or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
