Position

Your mission is to maximize sales and profitability within the defined geographical area (Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain) by leading, motivating, and developing a team of high-performing Store Managers.

You will be responsible for implementing commercial action plans, ensuring operational excellence across all stores, and fostering a client-centric culture that embodies the brand's philosophy.

Job responsibilities

• Lead by Example, act as Brand Ambassador.
• Inspire, propel, and role model a client-centric mindset, ensuring seamless client experience within all stores in the area.
• Implement the Commercial Strategy & Support the Execution

• Implement annual sales and commercial action plans aligned with company strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive store sales performance through a clear vision and structured roadmap for each store.
• Support Retail Experience Director in selecting store locations by anticipating retail environment changes and integrating the brand's global strategy.
• Support in defining and implementing merchandising strategies with local teams and Store Managers.
• Ensure high display quality and store conditions in line with brand and operational strategies.

Foster Clienteling Mindset

• Promote client development, proactively seizing business opportunities to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Store Managers to support in-store activities and events.

Enhance Store Operations and Share Best Practices

• Maintain relationships with stores through regular visits and communication; ensure smooth operations and grooming standards.
• Share best practices among all stores in the area.
