Retail Business Analyst

Analyze and evaluate the performance of different business and management models across the retail network.

Define optimal economic assumptions for dealer contracts and determine targeted exploitation fees for each station.

Set and monitor expected P&L for all company-owned dealer-operated (CODO) stations and analyze performance gaps every six months.

Conduct monthly Profit & Loss analysis for all company-owned company-operated (COCO) stations, analyzing performance against the budget.

Measure the monthly contribution of each station (NCA) and perform deep data analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Study the financial return on investment for new projects and set profitability assumptions for new investments.

Operational Management:

• Manage the fuel and lubricant budget using the Salsa Portal and use it to evaluate team members on stock control.

• Implement the Tempo tool across all network stations for P&L and stock control.

• Maximize the profitability and efficiency of solarization projects by monitoring solar panel production and output.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of rental fees.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations of fuel and non-fuel performance for all COCO stations.

• Perform monthly site visits to a sample of COCO and CODO stations to monitor and optimize station expenses (e.g., electricity, water consumption).

Policy & Compliance:

• Promote and enforce the HSEQ corporate policy and the company's code of conduct among the team, station staff, and the broader company.

• Review and apply new exploitation fees, incentives, and penalties as proposed by the sales team, ensuring they are validated and signed by both the company and the dealer.

Reporting & Development:

• Develop and update the online Retail dashboard to provide clear performance insights

Education : University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics).

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of previous experience preferably within the retail, oil & gas, or a related industry.

• Proven financial awareness and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and Communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in problem-solving.

• High level of work discipline and ethics.

• awareness of different analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Knowledge of HSEQ aspects and appropriate behavior when risks occur.

• Fluency in English is required
